Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions before your visit with us.
No, purchased tickets are non-refundable. Full cancellation policies for larger groups will be provided at the time of booking.
We are a cash-free venue, so payment is only accepted via card or other digital payment methods.
You don’t need tickets; your booking is registered under the name you used to make the reservation.
You can purchase your gift card online and pay directly with your credit card here. The gift card will be delivered immediately after the purchase is completed to the email address you provide. If you are giving the gift card as a present, you can send it directly to the recipient’s email address. No shipping costs or delivery time!
The easiest way is to click on the ‘book’ button directly on the event page. Alternatively, you can also contact our guest service directly at 0775-330 200, open Monday to Friday. We don’t have a guest list. If you want to avoid queuing at the nightclub, you can purchase a pre-sale ticket which includes priority access.

Please contact us by 4:30 PM the day before your visit to inform us of any allergies. If you have multiple allergies or require special dietary accommodations, we kindly ask that you reach out at least one week in advance. On November 1, 2023, the Police Authority decided to introduce a total bag ban at major events in Sweden.
We at Golden Hits would like to clarify that this ban generally does not affect us, as we are not subject to the permit requirements that this decision pertains to. However, we still encourage our guests to avoid bringing bags if possible. We also ask our guests to be aware that security personnel on site may search bags for everyone’s safety.

There are no steps at the entrance or to access the show on the ground floor. If you wish to see a show on the upper floor or visit the karaoke bar/other nightclub floors, you will need assistance from our staff to access the elevator. Tables, bars, and accessible restrooms are available on the ground floor.
Please inform us at the time of booking if someone in your party uses a wheelchair, as we have a limited number of seats with extra space for our shows.
The entrance fee is 220 SEK at the door. To skip the line, you can purchase a pre-sale ticket to the nightclub here.
Entertainment is suitable for ages 13 and up. Please note that the entertainment is not child-friendly, and the noise level can be high at times. After the entertainment ends, the nightclub takes over, and guests under 18 years of age are not allowed in the premises. The age limit for the nightclub is 23.

Our show starts at 7:00 PM, with arrival at 6:30 PM.
The nightclub opens at 22:00 PM and stays open until 3:00 AM. The karaoke bar opens at 7:00 PM if you want to have a meal from our à la carte menu or enjoy a drink before the nightclub starts. Karaoke begins at 9:00 PM.
Gift cards issued directly by Golden Hits are only valid at Golden Hits. Please note that the gift card cannot be used as a payment method on-site. The gift card can be used for the upcoming season as long as the booking is made within 1 year from the issued date.
